Food and beverages are served on Miami Dining Equipment. Paper service ware, utensils, plate ware, cups and, napkins. House linen on food and beverage tables is complimentary. All items will be setup by Catering Staff. At the conclusion of the event, Catering Staff will return for the cleanup of all food service and equipment, and all food equipment remains the property of Miami Catering.

Direct 2 You Service-All food and beverages are served on disposable trays, platters and containers with paper service for all utensils. All items will be setup by Service Staff upon drop-off. All food and beverage items included in the Direct to You order will remain as the property of the client. Customer is responsible for disposal and clean up following the event and meeting rooms should be returned to their original condition.
